The Idol

Among the artifacts found at the site were clay fragments of Cuneiform and a small statue or idol originally thought to have been made of bronze. Though several mineral and carbon dating test have been run on the idol, it's exact composition and date of origin are still undetermined.

(Close-up of the Idol) The similarity between this idol and the illustrations of Cthulhu found in the Necronomicon leads scholars to think this may be an ancient image of the Great Cthulhu itself.
